Students Residences
Our official student residences redefine modern student living. They consist of three separate complexes – SIX, U and TRIANGLE – which are among the most stunning student accommodations ever constructed in Europe.

The Residences provide a multitude of dining, relaxing and entertainment options for residents, including 6 restaurants and cafes, an exclusiverooftop bar and lounge, gyms, TV rooms, games areas and more. Located in the upscale neighbourhood of Makedonitissa, in Nicosia, the residences are surrounded by UNIC’s vibrant, urban campus that,in addition to 20 university buildings, is home to more than 70 restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and bars, all within walking distance.

Long-term Accommodation
There are several accommodation options for students and it is our commitment to help you find what suits you best. The Student Affairs Office at all three campuses can assist students in finding a suitable and convenient place to live for the duration of their studies and offers students information about lease agreements, furniture rental, etc.

Every effort is made so students can find suitable accommodation that is located near their campus site so as to have easy access to facilities and support within a friendly environment.

Short-term Accommodation
If you need a place to stay for a short period of time before arranging your permanent accommodation, we can make the necessary arrangements for you. You have the option of choosing from a luxurious five-star hotel to more basic and less expensive hotels near the campus area.
